If you are a holder of .lt second level domain name (-s), you have a right to receive the relevant data on your domain (-s) from the name register.

Description
.lt registry provides the available data of .lt second level domain name register under the orders of the interested persons or their representative lawyers/associates. Their interest is defined by the reason (purpose) indicated in the order. The following data, sufficient to submit a claim, can be provided to the interested persons under the established procedure: name and surname, postal address and/or email address.
Requirements for the order
The order has to contain the following information:
Search key – .lt second level domain name;
Reason (purpose) the order is based on:
Necessity to defend the legitimate interests by submitting claims against domain holder regarding the protected label used in .lt second level domain name;
Necessity to defend the legitimate interests by submitting claims against domain holder regarding the domain's ownership (concluded transactions or refusal to conclude transactions);
Necessity to defend the legitimate interests by submitting claims against domain holder regarding the content of the website managed by the domain holder;
Request to provide public or depersonalized data;
If domain holder is a natural person whose personal data is are not publicly disclosed – confirmation that a claim was sent to the domain holder by forwarding an email via a dedicated form "Contact domain registrant" provided in .lt WHOIS database next to the information on the specific domain (providing a copy of the email in the attachment), and the domain holder did not respond within 15 calendar days;
Obligation not to use the received data for other purposes than the ones specified in the order;
Chosen manner of data provision.
The following official documents in .pdf format have to be provided with the order:
Registration document of the protected label if an order is for submission of the claim regarding the use of the protected label;
Transaction if an order is for the claim regarding the concluded transaction or proof of the obligation if an order is for submission of the claim regarding the refusal to conclude a transaction;
Image of the disputed content of the website if an order is for submission of the claim regarding the content of the website;
Document of representation if an order is submitted by a lawyer/associate.
Submission of the order
An order is submitted electronically by logging in to the data provision portal via e-government gateway and choosing a type of order:
Database extract;
Certificate;
Archival certificate;
Entity's domains certificate;
Certificate of the use of the label.
Form of data provision
Data are provided with the issue of the following documents:
Certificate on entity's current / previously possessed .lt second level domains;
Certificate on the use of the protected label in .lt second level domain names.
Manner of data provision
Data are provided in the manner specified in the order:
Electronically by uploading the ordered document (-s) in the data provision portal. The document (-s) can be downloaded by logging in to the data provision portal via e-government gateway;
Registered postal mail to the address specified by the interested person.

Description
.lt second level domain (-s) holder has a right to receive relevant data of .lt second level domain name register regarding his/her domain (-s).
Procedure of the receipt of data
.lt second level domain (-s) holder can log in to his/her account on the domain registrant site and create a database extract on the selected domain.
Note: If a domain holder has several accounts, data on a specific domain are provided only by logging in to the account related to that specific domain.
When .lt second level domain (-s) holder creates a database extract on his/her domain (-s) in the specified manner, the data are provided free of charge.
